Aufgabe
Write down what is usually done and what is being done today by Mrs Davenport and her colleague, Mrs Fisher. Make passive sentences from the active ones. Be careful with the tenses.
a) As usual Mrs Fisher calls some important customers.
As usual some important customers are called.
b) Mrs Davenport is just calculating the prices for group travel.
         The prices for group travel are just being calculated by Mrs Davenport.
c) Then the two of them discuss the special offers like every morning.
         Then the special offers are discussed by two of them like every morning.
d) At the moment the two of them are planning a trip around the world for some day in the future.
         For some day in the future a trip around the world is being planed  by the two of them at the moment.

e) At 11 o’clock Mrs Davenport is explaining the details of a trip to a customer.
         The details of a trip to a customer are being explained by Mrs
         Davenport at 11 o'clock.
f) At last they fix everything for the next day.
         For the next day they fixed everything at last.

Einen schönen Abend.

Das sieht recht gut aus.

Da bin ich unsicher, ich würde das being weglassen.

Ich hab das mal so aus dem Gefühl gemacht, darum lass ich es auf teilweise beantwortet.

Also mit being ist auf jeden Fall korrekt, würde vom Sprachgefühl her das at the moment an den Satzanfang stellen.
